Instructions

  1. First, the apples need to be peeled and pitted. Then they are cut into small pieces and then put in a saucepan with a little water. They should simmer covered and after a few minutes you can add cinnamon, sugar and quince jelly. Stir and cook for a few minutes until the desired, mushy consistency. If you don`t like it so sweet, you should add less sugar.
