Instructions

  1. Make apple juice yourself, use it in an electric juicer or use a ready-made juice with 100% fruit content.
  2. Mix the juice with the vanilla sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon, preserving sugar and red wine and bring to the boil. Boil for about 1 minute, make a gelling test and then pour into the jars and close tightly.
  3. Makes approx. 8 glasses of 370 ml each.
