Instructions

  1. Mix the egg, flour, vanilla sugar and milk into a firm batter.
  2. Peel and core the apples and cut into rings.
  3. Then roll the apple rings in the batter and then fry them briefly golden-brown on each side in a coated pan (like pancakes).
  4. Arrange on a plate, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve immediately.
