Instructions

  1. Peel, quarter and core the apples, cut into small cubes and drizzle with the lemon juice. Wash the currants, drain well, sort, remove the stems and then mix with the apple cubes.
  2. Fold in the almonds and oat flakes as desired and serve immediately.
  3. Tip: You can of course replace the sugar with honey or agave syrup, etc.
