Break the ladyfingers into small pieces and place in a glass as the bottom layer. Now the amaretto comes on top. The sponge cake soaks up the liquid quickly, stir a little if necessary or swirl the glass back and forth.
Then add a layer of low-fat quark. Finally cover with applesauce.
Can be served immediately or something else.
Tip:
Add egg liqueur and / or chocolate shavings as desired.
Use other biscuits, then use a little more liquid if necessary.
Use instant coffee or apple juice as liquid.
The recipe goes super fast. Since it is served directly in glasses, the different tastes of the eaters can be taken into account.
