Instructions

  1. Peel the apples and cut into pieces.
  2. Add the apples and apple juice to a large saucepan. The apples do not need to be fully submerged.
  3. Cook on medium-high heat until the apples are soft enough to puree, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the semolina and stir vigorously with a whisk or hand blender.
  5. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
