Ingredients
- 10 apples, red (I prefer slightly sour, juicy)
- 750 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
- 200 g semolina

- Peel apples and cut into pieces. Put the apples in a sufficiently large saucepan with the apple juice. The apples do not have to be covered with the juice.
- Now cook the apples until they are soft enough to puree. Then add the semolina, stir vigorously with the whisk or hand blender and bring to the boil for another 2 minutes, that`s it! Tastes warm and cold!
