Instructions

1. For the dough, stir the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar into a foam-like mixture. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir into the mixture with the cinnamon. Spread the dough on a greased baking sheet.
2. Peel, core and slice the apples. Spread these on the dough.
3. Melt the butter for the crumble. Mix the flour, sugar, cinnamon and salt in a bowl. Add the fat and work into crumbles. Spread the sprinkles on the apples.
