• 1 kg apples, (Braeburn)
• 250 g butter
• 250 grams sugar
• 350 g flour
• 5 egg (s)
• 1 packet vanilla sugar
• 1 point baking powder

Instructions

1. Peel the apples and cut into thin slices.
2. Beat the butter until foamy and mix with the sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar.
3. Mix in the flour and baking powder and finally fold in the apples.
4. The whole thing comes on a greased baking sheet (distribute evenly) and then at 200 degrees for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
5. Serve sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar if necessary.
