Ingredients
- 1 kg apples, (Braeburn)
- 250 g butter
- 250 grams sugar
- 350 g flour
- 5 egg (s)
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 point baking powder

- Peel the apples and cut into thin slices.
- Beat the butter until foamy and mix with the sugar, eggs and vanilla sugar.
- Mix in the flour and baking powder and finally fold in the apples.
- The whole thing comes on a greased baking sheet (distribute evenly) and then at 200 degrees for 30 minutes in the preheated oven.
- Serve sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar if necessary.
