For the dough, sieve the flour and baking powder into a bowl. Add the curd cheese, milk, oil, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt. Use a mixer with a dough hook to make a dough for about 1 minute. Roll out the dough and place on a baking sheet.
Mix the pudding powder, sugar and egg yolk with 6 spoons of the milk. Bring the rest of the milk and whipped cream to the boil, remove from the hob and slowly stir in the mixed pudding powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold into the pudding. Distribute the mixture evenly on the dough.
Cut the apples into wedges and distribute them in flakes on top of the pudding. Put the baking sheet in the preheated oven. 180 ° approx. 35 minutes
Instead of apples, you can also use peaches.
