Peel and dice apples and place in a baking dish. Cut the stollen into small pieces and place in a bowl. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to the stollen with the sugar and cinnamon. Knead everything into coarse lumps and distribute over the apple pieces.
Bake in the preheated oven at 200 ° C for approx. 25 minutes.
