Beat the butter until foamy. Add eggs, sugar and van sugar and stir well. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the mixture.
Peel the apples, cut into small pieces and fold into the batter. Put the mixture on a greased baking sheet and bake at 200-220 degrees for about 30 minutes. When the cake has cooled down a bit, pour the ingredients that were mixed together for the topping over it and let it cool down. But it also tastes lukewarm as hell.
