- Peel, core and dice the apples. Cover and cook with the apple juice in a saucepan over a mild heat for approx. 8-10 minutes until soft. Let cool down.
- Crumble the biscuits with the cocoa powder in a freezer bag. Mix the yogurt with the vanilla sugar and sugar until smooth.
- Layer the biscuit crumbs alternately with apple compote and yogurt in 4 tall glasses. Finally dust with cocoa powder.
