Instructions

  1. Place paper cases in the wells of the muffin tin and preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat or 160 ° C fan oven.
  2. Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
  3. In a second bowl, stir the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Then stir in the oil and yoghurt. Now add this to the flour and stir in quickly.
  4. Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Finally, roughly chop the chocolate and carefully fold into the batter with the apples.
