Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 egg (s)
- 150 grams sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 pinch (s) salt
- 60 g oil
- 100 g chocolate (sort to taste)
- 250 g yourt (vanilla)
- 2 apples

- Place paper cases in the wells of the muffin tin and preheat the oven to 180 ° C top and bottom heat or 160 ° C fan oven.
- Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda and mix well.
- In a second bowl, stir the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and salt until frothy. Then stir in the oil and yoghurt. Now add this to the flour and stir in quickly.
- Peel and core the apples and cut into small pieces. Finally, roughly chop the chocolate and carefully fold into the batter with the apples.
