Ingredients

  • Eggs – 2-3 pcs.
  • Flour – 1 glass
  • Starch – 1 tablespoon
  • Salt – 1 pinch
  • Milk – 3-4 tablespoons
  • Soda (or baking powder)
  • Slaking vinegar (if baking powder is not available)
  • Apple – 1 pc.
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups

Directions

  1. Add sugar to the eggs.
  2. And beat them almost white.
  3. Add a pinch of salt.
  4. Quench baking soda with vinegar or just add baking powder.
  5. And add to the eggs.
  6. Add starch.
  7. Add flour and stir gently with a wooden spoon or spatula.
  8. Add 3-4 tablespoons of milk.
  9. Peel the apple.
  10. And cut into thin slices.
  11. Grease the molds with sunflower oil.
  12. Put half of the dough into the mold.
  13. Add apple slices.
  14. And report the rest of the dough.
  15. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees and bake apple cakes for 20-25 minutes.
  16. Check readiness with a toothpick by inserting it in the middle. If it comes out dry and clean, then the cake is ready.
  17. Apple muffins are ready!
