Apple Muffins

Ingredients

  • Large apples – 2-3 pcs.
  • Lemon – to taste
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Flour – 1.5 cups
  • Sugar – 0.5 cups
  • Vegetable oil – 0.5 cups
  • Baking powder – 1 teaspoon
  • Vanillin (optional) – to taste
  • Cinnamon (optional) – to taste

Directions

  1. Grate apples on a coarse grater, lemon on a fine grater.
  2. Mix eggs with granulated sugar.
  3. Gradually, in small portions, add the sifted flour and baking powder.
  4. Add vegetable oil little by little.
  5. Knead an elastic, smooth dough.
  6. Introduce apples with lemon (add cinnamon and vanillin if desired). Let’s mix. Thanks to apple and lemon juice, the dough will be of the correct consistency – not very thick.
  7. Place the silicone molds on a baking sheet and fill half of the dough, because the apple muffins will rise in the oven.
  8. Let’s send the apple muffins (muffins) to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.
