Ingredients

  • 100 g flour
  • 50 g cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 200 g butter, soft
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 1 packet vanilla sugar
  • 3 egg (s)
  • 250 g quark
  • 0.5 ½ pack custard powder, vanilla (or 1 pack vanilla sauce powder)
  • 0.5 ½ lemon (s), juice and zest (untreated)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease a muffin tin or put paper liners in it.
  2. Mix the flour with the starch and baking powder. Mix 125 g butter with 100 g sugar and the vanilla sugar until frothy. Add 2 eggs one at a time. Carefully add the flour mixture and stir until a smooth dough is formed. Distribute the dough evenly on the molds.
  3. Mix the rest of the butter with the rest of the sugar and the rest of the egg until frothy. Add the quark, pudding powder, lemon juice and zest, stir well and distribute everything evenly on the 1st dough.
  4. Bake on the middle rack for 20-25 minutes.
