Ingredients
- 1 packet custard powder (vanilla)
- 500 ml milk
- 250 g quark
- 500 g strawberries
- sugar

- Prepare the vanilla pudding with milk and sugar according to the instructions on the packet. When it has finished cooking, let it cool down in a water bath. Stir again and again so that there is no skin.
- In the meantime, clean the strawberries.
- As soon as the pudding has cooled, stir in the quark. If you like it a little sweeter, you can now add even more sugar.
- Layer the quark mixture and strawberries alternately in a bowl.
- Note: Other types of fruit are sure to go well with it, e.g. currants.
