Put the apple juice and the spices in a saucepan. Heat the juice over medium-high heat until just before the boiling point. Then let the mixture steep for 5-10 minutes at low heat. Then take the pot off the stove and let it cool down a little. Add the honey to the warm juice and stir until it dissolves. Finally, pour the whole thing through a sieve or otherwise remove all the spices. Enjoy the warm juice immediately.
