Instructions

  1. Mix applesauce with yogurt, 2 tablespoon honey, lemon zest and cinnamon. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in. Freeze the mass in a bowl for 1-2 hours until it has a creamy consistency. Stir vigorously every 30 minutes (or put the mixture in an ice cream maker)
  2. Pour the ice cream into a piping bag with a large star nozzle, squirt into 4 portion glasses and place in the freezer for another 20 minutes.
  3. To serve, garnish each serving with three walnuts and 1 teaspoon honey.
