Instructions

  1. Wash the apples, cut them into small pieces and cook them in a saucepan with a little water until they are soft. Next, put the overcooked apples through a fine sieve and let them cool. Weigh approximately 1 kg.
  2. Then put the vanilla sugar and the preserving sugar with the applesauce and apple juice together in a large saucepan and cook for about three minutes.
  3. Then fill into glasses and turn upside down, so the lid closes best, done.
