Ingredients
- 3 kg apples
- 250 ml apple juice, naturally cloudy
- 3 packs vanilla sugar
- 1 bag / s preserving sugar

- Wash the apples, cut them into small pieces and cook them in a saucepan with a little water until they are soft. Next, put the overcooked apples through a fine sieve and let them cool. Weigh approximately 1 kg.
- Then put the vanilla sugar and the preserving sugar with the applesauce and apple juice together in a large saucepan and cook for about three minutes.
- Then fill into glasses and turn upside down, so the lid closes best, done.
