Ingredients
- 1 kg blueberries
- 0.5 kg ½ sugar
- 1 sachet Gelfix
- 5 sachets vanilla sugar (1-2 sachets more depending on your taste)

- Boil the blueberries until soft, add sugar and vanilla sugar and bring to the boil. Puree as you like. At the end add Gelfix and do the gelling test, in an emergency add a little more.
- Fill it at boiling hot and close the lid immediately. Turn upside down for 5 minutes.
