Ingredients

  • 8 sheets gelatin, white
  • 300 ml milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla, ground
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest, grated
  • 2 tablespoon sugar
  • 100 ml curd milk
  • 400 g blueberries (blueberries)

Instructions

  1. Soak the gelatine sheets in cold water for about 10 minutes. Mix the milk, vanilla, lime zest and sugar in a saucepan and heat briefly. Remove from heat and dissolve the squeezed gelatin in the hot liquid while stirring. Let cool and stir in the curd.
  2. Put some of the 400 g blueberries aside, puree the rest and stir into the vanilla cream.
  3. Let the cream set in the refrigerator and serve garnished with the remaining blueberries.
