Ingredients

  • 1 kg blueberries
  • 400 ml coconut milk, unsweetened
  • 2 packs vanilla sugar
  • 1 lime (s), juice it
  • 1 packet preserving sugar 2:

Instructions

  1. Wash the blueberries and put them in a large saucepan. Mix with coconut milk, vanilla sugar, lime juice and preserving sugar. Bring to the boil, possibly puree after a few minutes. Take the gelation sample and fill it into prepared glasses. The amount is enough for 6 normal sized jam jars.
