Ingredients
- 300 g blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 2 ½ tablespoon lemon juice
- 150 g sweetener (xylitol)
- 5 g aartine
- 2 tablespoon rum

- Mix the first four ingredients, bring to a boil and let simmer for about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and then stir in the rum. Fill into jars and let stand turned on the lid for 5 minutes.
