Ingredients
- g 1,000 blueberries, fresh
- g 1,300 suar
- 2 large lemon (s), the zest and the juice
- 170 ml pectin, liquid

- Mix the blueberries, sugar, lemon zest and lemon juice in a large saucepan and bring to the boil while stirring. Take it aside for a moment, stir in the pectin and bring to the boil again. Let simmer for about 1-2 minutes, remove from the stove and pour into the sterilized screw-top jars while still hot. The amount gave me 9 glasses of 250ml each. If you only get pectin in powder form, add this according to the instructions on the package.
