Ingredients

  • 1 kg blueberries, (fresh)
  • 500 g preservin suar, 1-2
  • 8 cl schnapps (Pernod)
  • 8 cl lemon juice, (fresh)

Instructions

  1. Wash the fresh blueberries, bring to the boil with the preserving sugar, lemon juice and Pernod.
  2. Stir well, simmer for approx. 4 minutes until the desired consistency is reached, pour into glasses, close immediately and turn upside down for approx. 5 minutes.
  3. Really delicious Enjoy your meal
