- 500 g preservin suar 2: 1

- Peel the mango, remove the pulp from the stone and cut into small cubes. Sprinkle with the preserving sugar and let it steep for a few hours.
- Scrape out the vanilla pod and add the pulp to the mass. Bring to the boil and puree. Fill into glasses while still hot!
