- Peel the mango and remove the stone, puree the pulp.
- Squeeze the limes and add the juice with the squeezed pulp to the mango puree.
- Stir in the preserving sugar and let it steep for about 30 minutes, then boil for 4 minutes and fill into glasses while hot.
