Ingredients

  • 600 g currants
  • 280 g mano (s)
  • 900 g preservin suar, 1: 1
  • 50 ml orange liqueur, (e.g. Grand Marnier)

Instructions

  1. Wash the currants, strip them from the panicles. Peel the mango and cut the pulp from the stone and dice very finely.
  2. Bring the fruits to the boil with the preserving sugar and 30 ml orange liqueur and let simmer for 4 minutes. Add the rest of the orange liqueur. Pour into the prepared jars and close.
