- 10 lime (s)
- 2 points preserving sugar, : 1
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 3 tablespoon honey
- 1 pinch (s) salt

- Squeeze the oranges and limes, then mix with the spices. Let it steep for 3 hours and then bring to the boil with the preserving sugar and pour into glasses.
- You can also add dried slices of small cocktail oranges just before boiling. Looks great and tastes great.
