Ingredients

  • 800 g fi (s), fresh
  • 2 ½ dl orange juice
  • 1 orange (s), untreated, the abrasion it
  • 600 g preservin suar (2: 1)
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Grand Marnier

Instructions

  1. Peel the figs and dice them finely. Put together with the orange juice, the orange peel, the sugar and the lemon juice in the saucepan and bring to the boil.
  2. Cook for about 4 minutes, then add the Grand-Marnier and puree briefly. Then pour the jam into the boiled jars and close them immediately. Turn the glasses upside down for a moment.
