Ingredients
- 15 elderflower umbels
- 10 g citric acid
- 2 liters orange juice
- 2 kg preserving sugar

- Let the elderflower umbels, together with the citric acid and orange juice, stand in a large saucepan with a lid for 24 hours.
- After the 24 hours, separate the elderflower from the juice and let the juice boil with preserving sugar. Fill into prepared jars while still hot and close immediately.
