- 1 kg low-fat quark
- 3 lime (s), untreated
- 400 g whipped cream
- 100 g suar
- 250 ml mango (s) (mango puree)

- Rub the peel of an (untreated!) Lime. Squeeze out all of the limes. Dissolve the sugar in the lime juice.
- Mix the sugared lime juice, lime zest and quark well with the hand mixer. Whip the cream until stiff and fold in.
- Put half of the lime curd in a bowl. Spread part of the mango puree on top and mix in gently with a spoon so that a marble pattern is created. Put the rest of the quark on top and do the same.
