Peel and core the apples and cut into pieces. Put in a saucepan with a little water and warm up. Peel the banana and cut it into pieces. Add to the saucepan with the honey and cinnamon. Simmer over low heat until apples are soft. Remove from heat, let cool down a bit and puree.
Store in the refrigerator.
The applesauce will last longer if you fill it into sterile jars while it is still warm and close it directly.
