Instructions

  1. Peel, core and eighth the apples. Put the fruits in a saucepan along with lemon juice, elderflower syrup, cinnamon stick, sugar and a tablespoon of water. Bring everything to the boil and turn the oven back to a low flame. Let the mixture simmer until the apples start to crumble. Take out the cinnamon stick and puree the apples with the magic wand. Pour the applesauce into a bowl and add the cinnamon stick. Let everything cool down.
