- Peel the apples and cut into pieces. Put in a saucepan, add sugar, jam and maple syrup and plenty of cinnamon to taste.
- Cook on a low heat, stirring often so that nothing burns. If the apples don`t crumble enough, puree the applesauce, but so that pieces are left.
- Quince jelly works best, but another jelly can be used.
