Instructions

  1. Wash the apricots, cut in half and remove the stone. Cut the pulp into pieces and puree in a blender together with oat flakes, yoghurt and almond milk, season with agave syrup and cinnamon.
  2. Serve the smoothie in a glass garnished with almond flakes, apricot wedge and lemon balm.
