Ingredients
- 150 g apricot (s)
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal, tender
- 1 tablespoon yogurt, Greek
- 150 ml almond milk (almond drink)
- some agave syrup
- some cinnamon powder
For the set:
- 1 teaspoon flaked almonds, toasted
- 1 apricot (s) column
- some lemon balm

- Wash the apricots, cut in half and remove the stone. Cut the pulp into pieces and puree in a blender together with oat flakes, yoghurt and almond milk, season with agave syrup and cinnamon.
- Serve the smoothie in a glass garnished with almond flakes, apricot wedge and lemon balm.
