Instructions

  1. Let the elderflower soak in 1 liter of apple juice in a saucepan overnight, then strain the next day and mix 1: 2 with 1 kg of freshly pureed apricots and preserving sugar and bring to the boil for 3 minutes.
  2. Fill into glasses while still hot, turn upside down for 5 minutes, then turn over and let cool down.
