- Mix the yolks, yoghurt, sugar and vanilla sugar until creamy, slowly run in the oil, stir in the flour and baking powder mixture and fold in the snow.
- Spread on a baking sheet with parchment paper and cover the washed and halved apricots (also with plums).
- Bake at 180 C for approx. 25 minutes, allow to cool and sugar-free.
