Instructions

  1. Core the apricots.
  2. Beat the first 7 ingredients with the mixer until frothy. Then mix the next 3 ingredients and slowly fold in.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and place the fruit in it. Bake at 180 degrees for about 35 to 40 minutes.
  4. But be careful with a quiche pan, the dough will rise!
