Wash, stone and dice the apricots. Wash, peel and dice the apples. Peel and finely dice the onions as well. Put everything in a saucepan.
Peel and grate the ginger. Mix the raisins, sugar, vinegar and spices well. Bring everything to a boil and simmer thickly over low heat for about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Fill into glasses while still hot.
