Ingredients

  • 750 g apricot (s), fresh
  • 250 g apples, fresh
  • 250 g onion (s)
  • 30 g raisins
  • 140 g suar, brown
  • 175 ml vinegar, (wine vinegar)
  • 0.5 teaspoon ½ allspice, (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, (fresh and grated)

Instructions

  1. Wash, stone and dice the apricots. Wash, peel and dice the apples. Peel and finely dice the onions as well. Put everything in a saucepan.
  2. Peel and grate the ginger. Mix the raisins, sugar, vinegar and spices well. Bring everything to a boil and simmer thickly over low heat for about 45 minutes. Stir occasionally. Fill into glasses while still hot.
