• 150 g apricot (s), (apricots, very soft)
• 50 g mascarpone
• 100 g yourt, apricot flavor (very thick)
• 1 tablespoon schnapps, (apricot brandy)
• Wafer rolls with chocolate

Instructions

1. Core the apricots and cut into small pieces, mix the mascarpone with yoghurt well, add the apricot pieces and the brandy, pour the cream into the dessert cup, insert a few waffle rolls and then chill for about 1 hour.
