Instructions

  1. Finely dice the peeled onion and apricots. Stir 100 g butter until foamy.
  2. Heat the remaining butter in a small pan and fry the onion cubes until translucent. Add curry powder and apricot cubes and sauté briefly. Allow to cool slightly.
  3. Stir the mixture into the foamy, whipped butter, season with the spices to taste spicy and hot. Stir in the finely chopped coriander to taste.
  4. The butter tastes good with naan or flatbread or mixed with cooked rice.
