- Dice marzipan, place on a tray and place in the refrigerator.
- Core and dice the apricots and place in a saucepan. Heat and simmer until soft.
- Mix the brown sugar and Gelfix Extra 2: 1 and stir into the apricots.
- Let simmer for 4 minutes, stirring constantly. Finally add the amaretto liqueur.
- Fill into glasses immediately and close.
